Our Guarantee & Return Policy

It is important to us that you are pleased with your purchase.
If for any reason you wish to return the item you may do so with three
days
of receipt of it. It must reach us in saleable condition. Please be sure
that you have packed it in a manner acceptable to the transport carrier.
We suggest that it be insured for your protection. Be sure to include your
invoice number as shown on the invoice and also on the mailing label on the
package. No adjustments will be made after seven days or receipt.

The shipping charge is non
refundable. Also, the return shipping costs will
be born by the buyer returning the item.
Special Made, Custom Made & Commissioned Orders Return
Policy

Items indicated as available by special order or custom
commissioned carvings may require a delivery time of 3 to 6 months.

Special
orders will require a 25% non-refundable stocking fee and a custom commissioned
piece will require a 50% non-refundable commissioning fee, should you change
your mind at any time before delivery or within the 7 days inspection
period.
Shipping Information

The birds will be shipped directly from us, the ARTIST-Jenny
Zhi, the owner of Birdhug Studio in Rosendale, New York.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail.
